Job Summary

To assist the Head Coach in the administration of a Division I Swimming program. Duties include but not limited to the following: assist in coaching, recruiting, swim camps, academic and personnel support and all necessary administrative work as assigned by Head Coach.

Must adhere to all University of Kentucky, SEC & NCAA rules and regulations.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Knowledge of NCAA regulations and guidelines governing the recruitment, academic eligibility requirements, and retention of student-athletes. Knowledge of athletics recruitment methods and techniques.
