Position Summary/Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates to present to the hiring managers and maintain close working relationships with decision makers. Develop recruitment strategies and source qualified candidates for placement. Coordinate and promote job fairs and hiring events.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or a related field is required
• Minimum of 2 years high volume recruitment experience
• Healthcare recruitment is preferred
• Credentialing experience is a plus
