Duties will include data entry, 10-key, excel spreadsheets, processing payables and payroll. Also sales tax reports, bank statements, general ledger posting, generating financial statements, etc. The ideal candidate should have the ability to multi-task and work independently or with others.

Wage is dependent on experience and education - starting salary $40,000 to $75,000. Benefits include Paid Time Off, 401k plan, health and dental insurance. Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 40 hours, 8 am-5 pm but days and hours can be flexible.
