The University of Colorado Seeks a Section Head of Breast Surgery and Co-Director of the Diane O'Connor Thompson Breast Center | World-Class University | Leadership opportunity - Work for a prestigious university in the desirable Rocky Mountain region

Division of Surgical Oncology at the University of Colorado Hospital is seeking a board-certified general surgeon that has completed a Complex Surgical Oncology Fellowship or Breast Fellowship to be Section Head and Co-Director of the University of Colorado Hospital Diane O'Connor Thompson Breast Center. Successful applicants will have at least five years of experience in Breast Surgical Oncology. Applicants who have a demonstrated contribution to clinical growth, a reputation for mentorship and teaching, and a commitment to faculty development will be highly considered.

Opportunity Highlights

* Lead a strong collaborative multidisciplinary program for both benign and malignant breast disease.

* Co-Manage and expand the breast clinical program across the Denver metro area.

* Develop and grow collaboration across the system and partner with Co-Director in Medical Oncology

* Provide high quality education for students, residents, and fellows.

* Support growth and expansion of research and scholarly activity within the Breast Surgery Group and the Division of surgical oncology and collaborating divisions.
