Manage the daily operations of the Aspen House & Lake House with the vision, values and standards set by Summit Sky Ranch. Provide assistance for events when needed.

General Responsibilities: • Manage Food and Beverage, Bar inventory, menu options in Mindbody and sales reporting. • Carry our orientation for new homeowners to include Aspen House (AH), Lake House (LH), Trails, and all common areas. • Manage scheduling of AH & LH (operations staff) • Conduct and oversee the training of operation staff. • Oversee the cleaning of AH & LH by scheduling cleaners and managing touch up cleans by staff. • Manage ordering of AH & LH supplies. • Assist with event set up and tear down and providing support when needed during events/private parties. • Maintaining the PMB system & cards. • Overseeing fob management for visiting guests. Ordering when needed. • Assist homeowners and visiting guests with inquires. • Prepare & send invoice list for Guest Management charges to accounting. • Ensuring all staff have up to date TIPS certification. • Work with DCE in managing Security Checks. Prepare invoice list for accounts. • Report to the GM. • Making the world just a little bit better every day

Compensation: Salary range $55k - $58k depending on experience plus full benefits, health, dental, 401k and generous PTO. This is a full time position.

Education Level: High school education or GED required

Experience Level: Some experience required
