Attorney - Real Estate and Business Litigation

Olsen Barton LLC seeks a real estate and business litigation attorney with at least three (3) years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of Oregon state and federal court practices and procedures, well developed written and oral advocacy skills, a strong work ethic, and a keen attention to detail.

Our growing firm focuses on real estate and business, both from litigation and transactional perspectives. Our litigation practice centers on real estate, business, and eminent domain litigation.

Annual base compensation ranging from $130,000 to $170,000 depending upon experience, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus of up to $30,000 depending upon experience.
