Civil Engineering Field Technician

NECI is a growing Engineering and Consulting Firm with offices in Minnesota, Montana, and Wyoming.  We are seeking a highly motivated Field technician looking to work outside as the engineer’s on-site liaison with the contractor and client in our Bemidji Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site construction inspection, observation, and documentation services.
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute required construction documentation including daily reports, pay estimates, change orders, shop drawings, material submittals, project correspondence, and record drawings in accordance with client and company procedures.
