CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER

The Nez Perce Tribe Gaming Commission is recruiting for: CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER [HR-24-126] (Full-time/Lewiston). The purpose of this position is to help ensure the tribal gaming commission office trains, assists, and enforces compliance of tribal gaming rules and regulations, and laws including internal controls, the Class Ill Gaming Compact between the Tribe and the State of Idaho, and applicable federal Indian gaming laws, rules, and regulations. Supervised by the Gaming Commission Director and will oversee and supervise internal auditor and other positions under the compliance program. Requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or accounting from an accredited institution. Must be able to secure gaming license within first three (3) months of employment. CPA certified preferred. Requires one (1) year supervisory experience. Experience in auditing for at least one (1) of the following: accounting, compliance, or policy and regulations required.
