Men's Locker Room Attendant

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking key positions in our Spa department responsible for greeting guests and ensuring they arrive at their designated areas within the spa. Responsible for maintaining a sanitary locker room, whirlpool, sauna, and steam room. Candidate must be able to communicate well with guests in addition to associates and other members of management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Greeting guests and directing them to the appropriate areas within the spa.
• Cleaning and maintaining the locker room as well as other wet areas of the spa.
• Ensuring that the locker room is stocked with the appropriate amenities and supplies.
• Providing information to guests regarding the procedures of the spa.
• Other Job duties assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Ability to communicate fluently in English.
• Ability to maintain appropriate grooming standards according to organizational policy.
• Excellent attention to detail, initiative, and passion.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision.
• Able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays.
• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
