Building Material / Construction Sales Consultant / Sales Representative

We are hiring for a Building Material / Construction Sales Consultant / Sales Representative on our team!

Maple Lake Lumber is a family-owned company in Maple Lake, Minnesota. 

• Knowledge of building construction is helpful, and preferred
• Ability to work independently with little supervision or oversight
• Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to think on your feet and take initiative
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Sales experience is required
• You will sell construction jobs, resolve customer and jobsite questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue 
  (Residential or Commercial)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record are required

Benefits
Employee insurance starts the first of the month after 30 days of full time employment.

Work Monday- Friday 10 hour days

Competitive Base Salary + Commission
Company Vehicle provided.

Our current staff with base+ commissions make between $100-$200k/year.
Depending on your drive, your experience and connections - you can expect between $60k - $120k your first year.
