Job Duties:

• Perform project evaluations of scope, requirements, specifications, and blueprints for commercial projects; Estimate pricing for labor, materials, machinery, and supplies

• Use cost monitoring and budget management procedures to track project expenses throughout the project's lifetime.

• Create precise proposals and bids to present project scopes, schedules, and cost summaries to win bids.

• Establish strong relations with suppliers and vendors for quality roofing and siding materials

• Cooperate with project managers, architects, and engineers

Minimum Requirements of the position:

• Master degree in Construction Management or related field

• OSHA certification

• Knowledge of takeoff software programs including Planswift, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD
