Johnny's Farmhouse Restaurant will be opening our newest location in Mooresville. This will be our 3rd location here in North Carolina.

We are a family business that is both locally owner and growing. We offer authentic, made from scratch food, prepared daily with an emphasis on quality and fresh ingredients. We are passionate about food, family, good service and teamwork?

We are looking for people with a passion about food, family, and service who would like to join our team and grow with us to fill the following positions:

Kitchen Manager -

Responsible for hiring, training and developing the kitchen staff.

Commitment to food quality, recipe adherence, and consistency.

2-3 years of culinary management experience within a fast kitchen with the ability to demonstrate a passion for people and food.

Strong understanding of cost controls within food cost and labor.

Strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities

Front End Manager

Manage a staff including scheduling, training and supervision

Ensure a satisfying guest experience including service, presentation, order accuracy, Etc.

Oversee completion of duties to maintain a well-stocked, clean, and organized restaurant.

Responsible for the shift-change/end reports and cash supervision

Work with back of house to ensure a seamless experience

Strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.

Previous Front End Management Experience preferred.
