We are currently seeking a few dynamic, hands-on candidates to fill the following positions within our Concord Medical Manufacturing Group. The candidate’s responsibilities will include preparation and application of our medical coatings in our GMP controlled environments.
Medical Coating Line Operator
Responsibilities:
- Inspection of all finished work
- Maintaining detailed records of all assigned production activities
- Maintaining a clean work environment, in accordance with established procedures
- Performing all activities in a safe and orderly manner, utilizing PPE when required
Requirements:
- Two years plus medical device or general manufacturing experience in an FDA/ISO GMP controlled clean room environment
- Maintain product quality through close attention to detail, careful product handling and strict adherence to established procedures
- Working knowledge of standard and metric measuring systems and basic math
- Basic knowledge of drawings and specifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Excellent written, record keeping and oral communication skills
- Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity
- Computer literacy MS Word, Excel, etc.
Medical Formulation Production Tech
Responsibilities:
- The preparation of polymeric formulations as per standard procedures and quality requirements
- Control costs of batches by eliminating waste and unnecessary downtime
- Ensure all equipment and vessels are properly maintained and securely secured when not in use
- Bring all equipment malfunctions to the attention of the department manager
- Performing all activities in a safe and orderly manner, utilizing PPE when required
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of two years previous chemical handling and processing experience in a GMP FDA/ISO controlled environment
- Advanced math skills, able to work comfortably in the metric system, accuracy a must
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Be able to handle moderate physical activity, lift a maximum of 50 lbs.
- Forklift certified
These are day shift positions (M-F), offering a salary of $18.00 per hour – with occasional weekend overtime. Our benefits include a medical/prescription plan (partially paid for by the Company), a dental/vision care plan, 11 paid holidays, paid vacation, 401k Plan, life insurance and more.
