PALLIATIVE CARE SOCIAL WORKER
Available positions include a full-time (40 hours per week) 8a-5p Monday-Friday position, a part-time (24 hours per week) position and a PRN position.
Master’s degree in Social Work is REQUIRED; LCSW or LCSW-A preferred as well as medical and/or clinical experience with a clear understanding of end-of-life care. Candidate should be an independent, self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.
Competitive salary/hourly rate, 95% employer paid health insurance for full-time role, mileage reimbursement and cell phone stipend included.
