Chaplain

A full-time (32 hour/week) home care chaplain position is available for our Chaplain Bereavement Service Department.  

Position will be based in the Statesville Administrative Office and will cover our service area.  Position and will serve as chaplain support for homecare and palliative care. 

Master of Divinity or Masters in Pastoral Counseling required with at least 4 units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) required. Experience as a chaplain and bereavement counselor preferred with training in end-of-life care and grief counseling also helpful.   Board Certified by the Association of Professional Chaplains also preferred or be eligible to be certified. Would like someone who would be willing to grow into 40 hours when the need arises.
