Bereavement/Chaplaincy
A part-time (24 hour/week) Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; position is available for our Bereavement/Chaplaincy Support department.


Position will be based in the Statesville Administrative Office; Position will require care to patients and families at both inpatient units, Statesville and Mooresville. Position will serve as both bereavement/chaplain support for homecare.  Position will also be responsible for any On-Call needs during this time.


Master of Divinity or Masters in Pastoral Counseling required with at least 4 units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) required. Experience as a chaplain and bereavement counselor preferred with training in end-of-life care and grief counseling also helpful.   Board Certified by the Association of Professional Chaplains also preferred or able to be certified by APC.


Competitive salary is available.   This position may expand at some point as needs of patients and families increase
