As the cornerstone of our academic mission, the Assistant Director of Schools for Curriculum and Instruction will spearhead the development and implementation of dynamic instructional practices, ensuring alignment with educational standards and student needs while earning the trust of those they serve and embodying these values.

Job Requirements: A minimum of a Master of Education degree in School Administration or Curriculum and Instruction is required; Doctorate preferred. Current valid educator license with endorsement as Supervisor of Instruction or Administration and Supervision. Minimum of five (5) years’ supervisory experience with at least three (3) years’ experience as a principal preferred. Must have satisfactory background/fingerprint checks as required by the Tennessee State Department of Education and state law. Must meet health and physical requirements.
