As the Line Lead, you will be working with individuals with diverse abilities to train, mentor and advance their work skills.  You'll collaborate with other leaders in organizing the daily hands-on operation of the production floor. You will be responsible for setting up production lines according to customer specifications, monitoring material levels and equipment operation, assigning your team members to duties based on their strengths and meeting safety, output and quality goals. 

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7am - 3:30pm. You'll enjoy 11 paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO)! 

Must have: solid work history, good attendance record, excellent communication skills, high school diploma or equivalent.

Must be able to: perform full range of physical motion, including but not limited to standing entire shift, walking, bending, twisting, lifting, reaching, grasping.
