Senior Construction Manager/Program Scheduler

Educational Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field or foreign equivalent.

Experience: Five (5) years minimum project management experience is preferred.

Other skills: Extensive project management experience, preferably in construction/custom residential projects. Highly skilled in reading, understanding, and accurately interpreting blueprints and drawings. Strong problem resolution capabilities, dealing with technically complex situations. Fabrication and enterprise-wide scheduling of multiple, concurrent projects. Great communication skills, both written and verbal, professional demeanor. Strong computer skills, familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, and Project), and various other project scheduling applications. Fluency in English is required, and additional languages a plus.
