Plumbing /HVAC Mechanical Technician

Our work environment includes:

Modern office setting Experienced only Minimum 5 years experience as a Technician/Mechanic. Must be able to work independently.

Duties:
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
Collaborate with team members to plan and execute plumbing projects
Follow safety protocols and regulations while working on plumbing systems
Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns or questions
Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Plumbing Technician or similar role
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, and fixtures
Familiarity with mechanical principles and the ability to read schematics
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (van driver experience is a plus)
Experience with HVAC systems, air conditioning, oil, gas burners, electrical a must
HVAC/R design knowledge is a plus
