JOB DESCRIPTION
CatCard Services Administrative Assistant
Serves as a Receptionist and Customer Service Representative for the CatCard Office.
Job Duties
Screen all calls and walk-in inquiries for the Catcard Manager. Operate the CatCard Identification Card office, generating new and replacement cards as needed for students, employees, and guests of the college.
Accept and process deposits from parents into individual student CatCard declining balance accounts.
Provide support as needed to the CatCard Services Manager and the Director of Auxiliary Services.
Must be able to work unsupervised and be a self-starter. Ability to provide a high level of customer service to students, faculty, administration, parents, and other college visitors.
Requirements: HS Diploma and minimum three years experience; Must have intermediate skills in use of Microsoft office, such as Outlook, Word, Excel and the Banner System or similar software. Minimum two years of experience processing financial transactions.
Preferred Qualifications: Adeptness with excel and data sorting is preferred. Experience navigating multiple different software platforms
