Lawn Crew Leader

Description:

Lawn Crew Leaders manage a crew of 2 to 3 crew members performing weekly grounds maintenance services for our commercial clients. Typical tasks include lawn mowing using zero turns and standers, weed whipping, and back pack blowing during the summer months. During the spring and fall we provide leaf and debris clean up services to our commercial clients. This is a full time 40 hours a week position with overtime opportunities from early April to late November. Most Lawn Crew Leaders stick on full time over the winter months working in the shop during the day and providing snow removal services when it snows. 

Full Time Year Round Lawn Crew Leaders are offered: 

40 hours of PTO starting day 1 (Increasing PTO with tenure)

Qualifications:

• Must have good driving record with a valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass drug screening
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience
• Must have a valid MN Dept of Agriculture Pesticide Applicator License
• Must be able to effectively lead my crew

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain on feet for long periods of time
• Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions including heat, cold, wind and rain
• Must be able to lift/push 75 lbs. multiple times per day
