MANAGEMENT ANALYST I / II – HOMELESSNESS - Coachella Valley Association of Governments (CVAG) -

(Position grade: $ $76,776 - $121,678) annually depending on qualifications, plus a generous paid benefits package including PPO/HMO.

Full-time. Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, provides day-to-day direction of CV Housing First – a coordinated regional program to address unsheltered homelessness that includes management of clients and deployment of outreach teams; providing direction on interactions with homeless individuals in the field; leading client case management; and tracking individual and program-level progress through data entry and records compliance. The Management Analyst has program/team management responsibilities. Other roles include grant writing and management; ability to interface with community partners, clients, and program stakeholders; and completing a broad range of program functions that help homeless individuals and families get off the streets and into housing.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, and good knowledge of office methods and experience with case management. Housing First philosophy is a plus.
