Scheduler/Health Information Management Coordinator - The Gardens of St. Francis - Exceptional New Hourly Rates!

1. Prepares unit schedules according to resident acuity, staff preference, and budgetary constraints in collaboration with the DON, ADON and House Supervisor.
2. Prepares daily unit staffing schedules
3. Assists the DON, ADON and House Supervisor in monitoring attendance, licensure, certification, and position control.
4. Maintains effective communication with insurance companies, physicians, vendors, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
5. Maintains, analyzes, and evaluates medical records for proper organization and documentation in accordance with current insurance/regulatory requirements.
6. Coordinates chart completion.
7. Collects and computes of statistical data.
Full Time Position
$15 - $17 per hour
