HELP WANTED! Carolina Paving of Hickory, Inc. is looking for a Paving Operator, Motor Grader Operator, General Laborers and a CDL Driver that may be required to help with Setup or Paving Crew. Although experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate. Positions are for Full-Time Labor but will consider applicants for Part-Time. Pay Rate is Negotiable but our pay is very competitive with local business. Some benefits include 100% employee paid Health and Dental Insurance. Paid Holidays as well as one week paid the week of Christmas is included. We provide 11sets of uniforms, a new pair of boots annually and safety items such as hard hats, safety vests, etc. We are a family owned and run company with over 50 years in the paving business.
